How a request moves through SMICEE

A purchase request touches four teams. In SMICEE it’s one record that each of them picks up in turn.

  1. Describe it

    An employee types what they need, or fills the form themselves.

  2. Review the draft

    The AI fills in the items, amounts and details. The employee checks and submits.

  3. Approve in order

    Your approval chain sends it to the right managers, one after another.

  4. Buy and receive

    Procurement raises the purchase order and records the goods received.

  5. Pay and record

    Finance pays the bill and the ledger updates itself.

What is SMICEE?

SMICEE is a web-based workspace that runs HR, payroll, finance and accounting, sales, CRM, procurement and projects in one system, with an AI assistant built in.

Does the AI assistant submit anything on its own?

No. It answers questions and prepares drafts. A person reviews every draft and submits it, and the usual approval chain still applies.

Can the AI see data I’m not allowed to see?

No. Its answers follow the same role permissions as the rest of SMICEE, and the server checks them on every request.

Do we have to use every module?

No. Access is set per role, so each person only sees the modules and menus they need.

Can our suppliers use it?

Yes. The vendor portal gives suppliers their own sign-in to answer RFQs and follow their purchase orders and bills.
